I was born in Tehran in 1989 and have lived in Berlin since 2017. With a background in film and media, my practice explores latency, absence, and the politics of what remains unfinished. Working in museums drew my attention to archives—not only to what they contain, but also to what is missing: counter-narratives and the gaps within dominant discourses. I work with fragments, abandoned projects, personal diaries, and letters, tracing what is left undone as both an aesthetic strategy and a way of narrating personal and collective histories.
